Race Relations, BLM, and Social Justice

This week I am celebrating my good friend’s birthday by sharing her podcast Reframe It! Mindset Motivation with you! See what Erica shared about this very special interview that I had the privilege of doing alongside our friend, Micki on race relations, Black Lives Matters movement, and social justice!

“The wonderful thing about having your own podcast is that you can use the platform to lift up notable voices other than your own. Especially voices that advocate for positive change.

And for weeks now, I have been wanting to interview my friends Micki Webb and Whit Devereaux about their viewpoints on current race relations, the Black Lives Matter movement and social justice.

I invite you to not only listen carefully to the conversation, but I also challenge you to find out how you too can advocate for racial reconciliation in your area.

Micki Webb has over two decades of school district experience and three years ago started her own company. Now, she's a coach/consultant showing other educators how to emancipate themselves from district salary schedules by starting their own immediately profitable businesses. She hosts a free Facebook group for any educators wanting to learn how to wrangle free and add income and options. If that's you, feel free to join at: https://facebook.com/groups/EmancipatedEducators

Whit Devereaux is an award-winning author, domestic violence survivor & advocate, mentor, and motivational speaker. She is also the Founder and Executive Director of the nonprofit organization Not By My Own Community, helping survivors of domestic violence to rebuild their lives. Through her company, Whit Devereaux Enterprises, she assists entrepreneurs with obtaining sponsorships and gaining the attention of their target audience through media exposure and local partnerships. You can connect with Whit via email at info@whitdevereaux.com or on whitdevereaux.com.
